Privacy Policy of the Resus Time Mobile Application
1. General Information
-
This Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of data in
connection with the use of the Resus Time mobile application
(hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
-
The Resus Time application is a free mobile application, available for
download for mobile devices (Android, iOS) on Google Play and App
Store.
-
The Resus Time application is designed to minimise the processing of
personal data by the Association.
-
The Application is intended for individuals practising or studying a

2. Application Administrator
-
The administrator of the Application is Stowarzyszenie Forum

-
The Administrator can be contacted via info@resustime.com or the
contact form.
-
No Data Protection Officer has been appointed at the Administrator.
3. Data Entered into the Application
-
Data stored in the Application is collected and processed only locally
in the memory of the User's device.
-
This means that the Association does not have access to the data
entered by the User, nor does it store it on its servers or in any
other centralised database.
-
The data includes, in particular, information on using the medical
timer function, recording rhythms, events, and medications
administered, taking case-related notes, generating reports, and
completing checklists.
-
The User shall be considered the controller of any data they enter
into the Application. The User is therefore fully responsible for the
data they enter and store on their device.
-
The Association and those acting on its behalf do not provide the data
entered by the User to third parties, as they do not have access to
it.
- Deletion of the Application by the User deletes local data.
4. Personal Data Processed by the Association
-
Since the Application does not require registration, and the content
data is stored locally, the Association may process the User's
personal data only to a very limited extent in the situation of email
contact from the User.
-
If the User contacts the Association via an email address
(info@resustime.com) or contact form, the Association will process the
data contained in the message (email address, name/surname - if
provided, content of the request) in order to respond.
-
The purpose of the processing is to conduct communication and respond
to the request (in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - the
Administrator's legitimate interest in handling requests).
-
The data is kept for the period necessary to handle the request.
5. Cookies
-
Resus Time, as a mobile application with local data storage, does not
use cookies (HTTP cookies) or tracking pixels to collect information
about the User and their activity in the Application for the benefit
of the Association.
-
Any collection of data on the use of the Application that may be done
by distribution platforms (App Store, Google Play) is subject to their
own terms and conditions and privacy policies.
6. User's Data Obligations
-
The User, as the controller of the data they enter into the
Application, is obliged to take care of the security of their mobile
device and to comply with applicable laws, including the GDPR, with
respect to the possible entry of personal data into locally generated
notes and reports.
-
The User should not enter patients' personal data or other sensitive
data.
-
The Application is not a medical device and is not intended for
diagnostic or therapeutic use.
7. User's Rights
-
Since the Association does not collect the data entered into the
Application, any requests for editing or deletion can be carried out
independently by the User by deleting local data or uninstalling the
Application.
-
If the User has provided personal data as part of a contact (e.g.,
email), they have the rights set forth in Articles 15-21 of the GDPR,
including:
- the right to access data,
- the right to rectify data or restrict their processing,
- the right to delete data,
- the right to object to data processing,
-
the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal
Data Protection Office.
-
In order to exercise the above rights, the User may contact the
Association via info@resustime.com.
8. User's Age
-
The Application is intended for persons who are at least 16 years old.
-
The installation and use of the Application by younger persons
requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
9. Final Provisions
-
Matters not covered by this Privacy Policy shall be governed by
generally applicable provisions of Polish and European Union law, in
particular the provisions of GDPR.
-
The Association reserves the right to make changes and updates to the
Application and this Privacy Policy. The Users will be informed of
these changes in advance.
-
The use of the Application constitutes the acceptance of the Terms and
Conditions and this Privacy Policy.
-
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date of its publication on
the App Store and Google Play.
